The Celebration of Life

“One can celebrate life as a miraculous gift,
even in the presence of pain.
Pain does not destroy the miraculous.
It merely covers it.”

When love is lost, the heart must open to
its own pain,
not with fear, but with a willingness to let be.

Such acceptance arises from a heart that trusts,
for it knows it is held in a Divine embrace.

"The spiritual essence of each one desires love and oneness.
However, there are often 'holdout places' in the heart which prevent one from feeling love.
These may be healed as one increasingly understands that love requires
only ONE who loves."

All of healing lies in the present, for new experience
arises in each moment.
As it arises, new perceptions can be formed.
The past can be changed and become a different story.

Forgiveness springs from compassion,
and compassion springs from love.

Allow love to become more important
than all else.
Let the balm of forgiveness wash pain
from your heart.

The pain of life comes from many sources,
like a river fed by multiple streams.
Sometimes, it is a teacher,
awakening consciousness to greater truth.

Sometimes it is part of one’s service to life,
a service one agreed to prior to taking birth.

Often, it is not possible to know where pain comes from,
yet its challenge is faithfulness,
asking one to remember, always,
the goodness of God.

Let the Breath of the Divine move through you,
bringing new life to every cell of the body
and new light to the structures of the mind.

Breathe... inhale...
Within this Breath new life shall begin.

"Pain is a teacher, and what it teaches can only be learned by going through it.
For many, it offers an accelerated path of spiritual growth, one that has been chosen by the soul for just such reason.
Trust God along this unknown path, for you are being led to a new place of alignment with your soul."

I breathe through pain and it melts.
I breathe through hardness and it softens.
I breathe through grief and it turns to hope.
I breathe through death and it becomes life.

"The Open Moment"
a podcast by Julie

"We live, often surrounded by a cloud of anxiety that prevents us from being present to the larger reality we are in.
God's intent is not this. It is for each soul to experience Divine freedom - the freedom of the open moment."

The same heart that opens to greater pain is often
learning to open to greater love,
for they are two sides of a heart of compassion.

On the one side love flows inward toward the self.
On the other, it flows outward toward the world.

Do not judge yourself for what cannot be
immediately changed.
Rather, let the moment take care of the moment
as you turn to God
and ask to receive the teachings of life.
