“Dear Beloved Ones,

Great joy for the New Year.

The heart is capable of holding joy in sadness, light in darkness, love throughout. This is the majestic victory of light that can take place in hearts that believe in their own capacity. In a time of darkness, fear abounds, and limitations of consciousness and ability are what we are led to pay attention to. Yet, this movement of attention is not of the light, but of that which seeks to make us smaller than the true stature of who we are.

Beloved Ones, do not believe the self-doubt that assails you during this time. Do not believe the energies of negation that cause you to think that what you have valued and cherished for a very long time is not worth much after all. This conversion of what is most important to what has little value is an energetic event produced by forces that are not of the light. If one does not empower them, they have no hold on truth.

Let joy in the unfolding freedom of the self be the banner and watchword for 2019, not joy in the absence of knowledge of what is taking place around us, but joy that bursts forth despite the forces that would contain it and invalidate it. Joy is the freedom to be oneself, and the freedom to be oneself is joy. It is also love, for love of self is expressed through our very existence. Love is expressed for ourselves and for others simply by being ourselves.

Let this be the source of joy in the coming year – that the arrival of light in sufficient strength to activate your own soul-awareness has taken place so that you may choose your Divine heritage by being it and believing in it. You must choose it and override all inner comments to the contrary, for these comments are not you. They are thoughts of invalidation that are meant to prevent you from being you.

May the holy year of 2019 lead each one and the entire Earth to the breakthrough of freedom that has been so long awaited. May the downtrodden in spirit and in body find the support from within and without to rise up and to claim their right to exist as holy and free beings, sanctified and loved by the one Creator of all. This belief shall be a sure foundation for traveling through this coming year, no matter what darkness may surround. You are at home. You are in your heart. You are in the true being-ness of your soul. May all be blessed.”
